⬖ What is this Event about ?

This Event is a Dungeon meshi / Delicious in Dungeon fan cafe Event gathering Merch Artists and a crew of Cosplayers to celebrate the arrival of Season 2 next October ! The main goal of this Event is to simply have fun within the Community with Art, Activities and Roleplay in a safe and joyful environment.

Three elements to know about this Event. It is :
- a free walk-in event, meaning that there are no entrance fees if you are just visiting.
- SFW (safe for work), meaning that there is no adult content sold in merchandise and is for All ages, so visitors need to conduct themselves appropriately
- Spoiler unfree: this Event is first and foremost a celebration of the season 2 announcement, so some spoiler elements might be featured in some of our artists' artworks. Our team will not deliberately mention "spoilers" from the second arc of Dungeon meshi, but do keep this information in mind.

- Are you looking for merch artists / Cosplayers ? -

We already have a full team of both Cosplayers and Merch Artists as the preparations have begun a few months ago. Contributors are working hard so we can deliver you the best experience possible !

- How many people are working for this Event ? -

We are a team of 20 people in total including the moderators who have multiple roles ; please wait for details for individual announcements of our contributors !

- Will there be any merch at the Event ? -

Yes, there will be an Art market on site where you will be able to purchase directly from the present Artists.

- Will the merch be available for
online purchase ? -

Yes, we are planning to sell merch on an online shop especially for the fans who won't be able to attend the Event. International shipping should be available.

- I know nothing about Dungeon meshi / I am not fluent in french, can I still come ? -

Of course ! However, keep in mind that some "spoilers" (elements not included in the first season of Dungeon meshi) might be contained in artworks.
Most of our contributors can speak English and some completely fluent, so do not worry about not understanding french ! Our team will do its best to guide you and speak in both languages so you can live the needed experience !

- Can I come in a Dungeon meshi cosplay ? -

Yes, you are welcome to come in Cosplay ! Please just note that visitors won't be able to change on site as the location is very small, so we ask you to come already dressed up. Thank you.

- What differencies Merch Artists from Guest Artists ? -

Our Merch Artists are in charge of our Dunmeshi merchandise sold at the Event and will be on-site to sell them in person !
Our Guest Artists, however, won't be on-site / won't be selling their merch on-site. Some only contributed in making illustrations for promotional purposes such as freebies.
